* Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
* Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and common enterprise applications
* Handle user account management (Active Directory, password resets, access provisioning)
* Support network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)
* Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
* Log, track, and resolve incidents using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice, etc.)
* Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams (Network, Security, Applications)
* Assist with system upgrades, patching, and asset management
* Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures
* Provide end‑user guidance and basic training when required
