Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Identification of standards and guidelines.
* Reviewing and approving new project-specific guidelines, workflows, and checklist templates.
* Preparation and updating of the PQP.
* Ensuring that required procedures are effectively implemented and suitable for their purpose.
* Monitoring the quality status of construction documents and following up on non-conformities, including corrective actions.
* Establishing, executing, and approving a project Quality Audit Plan.
* Conducting quality audits within the project team, involved project offices, and partner offices.
* Approving Quality Observation Reports.
* Ensuring all quality deviations are documented, with causes identified and remedial actions taken.
* Coordinating with the Cx Team along with the CxA.
* Facilitating collaboration among project management key members.
* Factory/Prefabrication surveillance visits and inspections as required.
* Reviewing subcontractors' QA/QC Plans, Method Statements, and ITPs.
