Rollenbeschreibung
Der Lösungsingenieur ist eine Schlüsselrolle innerhalb unseres Teams. Er bringt technisches Fachwissen ein und bietet aussergewöhnlichen Kundenservice für externe Kunden und interne Teams in einem bestimmten Prozessbereich oder Sektor in der EMEA-Region.
Diese Person fungiert als technischer Spezialist im Auftrag der Aussendienstteams und unterstützt auch in der After-Sales-Phase.
Mit strategischem Fokus auf Kundenzufriedenheit, Effizienz und technischer Exzellenz erfordert die Rolle eine Kombination aus technischem Fachwissen, kommerziellem Verständnis und lösungsorientiertem Denken.
Ihre Aufgaben
1. Technische Unterstützung und Kundenbetreuung: Technische Beratung und Lösungen für Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebsingenieuren bereitstellen; hochspezialisierte Anfragen beantworten und produktspezifische Empfehlungen geben.
2. Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebsingenieuren: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Interpretation technischer Spezifikationen; Sicherstellung korrekter Kalkulationen und effizienter Projektumsetzung; Kundenkontakt, wo sinnvoll.
3. First-Line Technical Support: Technische Erstunterstützung bei Fehleranalysen und Anwendungsthemen bieten; Kunden bei der Problemlösung begleiten.
4. Projektmanagement von Angebotsanfragen (RFQs): Bearbeitung zugewiesener Angebotsanfragen mit detaillierten, präzisen und termingerechten Antworten gemäss Kundenanforderungen.
5. Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Technik, Vertrieb und dem Customer Service Team für reibungslose Kommunikation und effiziente Projektabwicklung.
6. Training und Weiterentwicklung: Eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung durch aktive Teilnahme an Schulungen; stetige Weiterbildung zu neuen Produktentwicklungen und technischen Fortschritten.
7. Qualitätssicherung und KPI-Reporting: Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards bei Angeboten, Aufträgen und Projektergebnissen; Überwachung und Berichterstattung relevanter Leistungskennzahlen.
Das bringen Sie mit
8. Ein technischer oder ingenieurwissenschaftlicher Abschluss (. Bachelor, MSc) oder gleichwertige technische Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, idealerweise bei einem multinationalen Hersteller.
9. Eine starke technische Basis mit nachgewiesener Erfahrung in den Bereichen Kundenservice, technischer Support oder Projektmanagement.
10. Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit industriellen Pumpen und Fluidlösungen ist ein grosser Vorteil.
11. Ein kundenorientierter Ansatz mit ausgeprägten zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationsstärke.
12. Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, idealerweise auch Kenntnisse mindestens einer Balkansprache.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Solutions Engineer / Lösungsingenieur to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
13. Technical Support and Customer Engagement: Provide technical guidance and
solutions to customers in alignment and collaboration with sales engineers, addressing
highly technical sales inquiries and offering tailored recommendations engineered products.
14. Collaboration with Sales Engineers: Work with Sales Engineers to produce and interpret
technical specifications, ensuring accurate costings and project efficiency, Engage with
customers when relevant
15. First-Line Technical Support: Offer first-line technical support for troubleshooting and
application advice, assisting customers in resolving issues.
16. Project Management of RFQs: Manage assigned RFQs (Requests for Quotations),
ensuring detailed, accurate, and timely responses according to customer needs and KPIs.
17. Lead Project Progression: Oversee the progression of customer projects in alignment
with the Customer Service Team.
18. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the key interface between Technical, Sales,
and the wider Customer Experience team to ensure seamless communication and efficient
project delivery.
19. Training and Knowledge Development: Take ownership of your professional growth by
actively seeking out and engaging in training opportunities to enhance your technical
proficiency. Stay informed about the latest product developments and technical
advancements to ensure you remain an expert in your field.
20. Quality Assurance and KPI Reporting: Ensure all quotations, orders, and project
deliverables meet high-quality standards while monitoring and reporting on KPIs to track
performance and customer satisfaction.
Skills/Experience:
21. An engineering qualification (., Bachelor's Degree. MSc) or equivalent technical
experience in a similar role, ideally with a multinational manufacturer.
22. Strong technical background with demonstrated experience in customer service, technical
support, or project management.
23. A customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
24. Due to our customer base English and German fluency is essential.
25. Ideally, the candidate should also possess knowledge of at least one Balkan language (. Croatian or Serbian) to ensure comprehensive and culturally sensitive communication during multilingual customer interactions. This linguistic capability will enhance our ability to provide high-quality support and strengthen customer relationships across the region.
