We are looking for an engaging Reservations Agent to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will process incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking systems, ensuring accuracy in details such as dates, room types, and special requests..
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Update and maintain the hotel’s property management system (PMS) with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and special requests.
* Communicate reservation details, VIP arrivals, and special guest requests to Front Office, Housekeeping, and other relevant teams.
* Handle requests from travel agencies, corporate clients, and event planners, ensuring contractual terms are met.
* Follow standard operating procedures and maintain high levels of accuracy and confidentiality in guest information.
