We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to play a key role in our growing Property team, advising on a broad mix of residential and commercial acquisitions, disposals, developments and complex leasing matters. Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with the management of a portfolio of commercial and residential property matters from start to finish.
* Conducting legal research and drafting advice to develop and provide effective legal strategies.
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
* Working with clients, Principals, and other team members to develop and implement effective strategies to resolve matters effectively.
* Assisting in firm marketing activities as needed.
Role Requirements
* Ideally 5 years’ post admission experience, predominantly in a property or real estate practice.
* Experience in conveyancing, leasing and body corporate held in high regard.
* Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
* A high level of attention to detail and commitment to technical excellence.
* High-level problem‑solving skills and the ability to learn new tasks quickly.
* Strong time management and organisational skills, together with the capacity to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities.
* Ability and willingness to develop your own network and actively participate in marketing and business development activities.
