Supply Chain Team Leader (m/f/d)

To strengthen our international supply chain team, we are currently looking for a Supply Chain Team Leader for our site in Groß-Enzersdorf.
Your Scope
Responsibilities that match your strengths:
In this responsible and challenging position, you will be responsible for the supply chain team at our site in Groß-Enzersdorf. Your main responsibilities are:
1. Creating production plans for seasonal processing (crop position planning)
2. Monitoring and processing seasonal processing and reporting to the Ardo Group
3. Crop position planning at group level as well as monthly preparation and reporting
4. Cross-departmental cooperation with all relevant interfaces
5. Communication with external interfaces (e.g. suppliers) and internal stakeholders such as (e.g. Global Supply Chain)
6. Procurement of raw materials (frozen foods, ingredients and packaging materials) in coordination with the Lead Buyer
7. Monitoring of raw material stocks in the packaging materials area and timely replenishment
8. Having a weekly follow-up of the production volumes with Operations and Agronomic departments during the season to assess impact where needed.
9. Responsibility for disciplinary leadership and further development of a four-person team
Your profile
Your profile that makes the difference:
10. You have successfully completed commercial education
11. Several years of professional experience in supply chain, production planning or procurement, ideally in the food or consumer goods industry (FMCG)
12. You independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating complex issues to appropriate staff.
13. You are a business-oriented person. You are able to see the bigger picture and strive for cross-departmental & cross-regional improvement.
14. Communication skills and a team-oriented character will help you to implement planned activities in cooperation with various internal and external interfaces
15. Good ERP and MS Office user skills, combined with confident German and English communication abilities (corporate language) complete your profile
