YOUR TASKS:
1. You build brand loyalty by creating engaging and interactive customer experiences, offering a both comprehensive and personal service through your expertise and open personality.
2. You assist the Store Management in daily operations, acting as a link between management and the Sales Advisor team. You take ownership of specific areas on the sales floor, driving sales through exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the team is aligned with store goals.
3. You demonstrate deep brand and product expertise while keeping a keen eye on current fashion and footwear trends to stay at the forefront of this dynamic industry.
4. You foster a vibrant and inclusive team culture by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and supporting team development.
5. With skill and attention to detail, you ensure that our products are presented in an inviting way in accordance with the specified guidelines.
6. You are aware of store targets and sales figures, actively driving KPIs.
YOUR PROFILE:
1. Several years of professional experience in high-quality (shoe) retail
2. Passion for sales and customer service, an uncompromising openness towards all people and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
3. Curiosity and understanding of (emerging) trends in fashion / footwear.
4. Good understanding of retail KPIs, with a track record of improving sales and achieving targets.
5. Proficient in MS Office as well as common cash register systems.
6. Very good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus.
7. Finally, you are just as enthusiastic about our products as we are, can identify with the Birkenstock brand and are keen to make a difference together with us!
