Job Summary :
* Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to support corporate goals
* Lead and develop the T&C team
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
* Foster a positive and inclusive corporate cultureDesign and optimize recruitment processes
* Develop and implement training and development programs for employees
* Advise management on all T&C-related matters
* Oversee and manage the T&C budget
* Close cooperation with all departments and Head of Departments as well as with the Regional T&C Director
Required Skills :
* Completed studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in a senior HR position
* Strategic thinking and the ability to initiate and implement change processes
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR processes
* High social competence and empathy
* Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
