MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB
* You will manage (plan, organize, lead, control) all hr related programs and policies in areas of reward strategy and benefits. Main processes as hc business plan, merit increase are in full manage responsibility of this position. HR reporting and payroll cost controlling is performed on regular basis.
Your daily job will cover:
* Lead the Rewards function, team
* Ensuring effective delivery of compensation and benefits programs across Hungary
* Govern compensation frameworks, including job architecture, grading (Korn Ferry methodology), and pay structures to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
* Manage annual reward cycles, including merit increases, bonus allocations, promotions, and retention programs, ensuring fairness, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
* Direct benefits strategy and execution, covering health, retirement, lifestyle, and wellbeing programs, ensuring consistency with global policies and adaptation to local market needs.
* Leverage market data and benchmarking surveys (Korn Ferry) to provide insights on pay competitiveness, benefits positioning, and total rewards strategy.
Advise and influence senior stakeholders (PCMs, Finance, leadership teams) on compensation and benefits decisions, acting as a trusted internal consultant.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including EU Pay Transparency Directive, labor laws, and internal governance standards
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
* University Degree
* Minimum of 5 years working experience in the management of staff or the field of human resources
* Fluent knowledge of English and Hungarian language
* Strong Computer skills (Excel, Access)
* Experience in effectively communicating in matrix organization and across a variety of position levels
* Very strong HR related labour legislative knowledge (Labour code, payroll related legislative)
* Very strong analytical thinking
* Negotiation skills
