Facility Manager - Aged Care - Brisbane, QLD
I am currently recruiting for two Aged Care Facility Managers for two different Aged Care facilities in Brisbane.
Both of these roles are looking for someone who is a strong leader and is passionate about building a strong work culture.
As Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational, clinical, and financial performance of the home. You will inspire and mentor your team, ensure high standards of resident care, and maintain strong compliance with aged care legislation and accreditation requirements.

* Salaries $150,000 - $170,000 + super
* Full-time, permanent

Requirements
* Must have 2-3 years experience as an Aged Care Facility Manager
* Sound knowledge of the new Aged Care Standards is essential
* Police check or the willingness to obtain
