Business Analyst & Strategic Project Manager (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
Conduct market, industry and competition reviews; perform benchmark exercises
Collaborate with team to align strategic goals with the company's strategic objectives
Assist in developing project strategies and execution plans
Identify potential risks and opportunities and propose mitigation strategies
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision‑making
Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports for stakeholders
Communicate financial performance to senior management and project teams
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Regional COOs, finance, local management team and project management
Present financial information and project updates to stakeholders
Your Profile
University degree in Business Administration preferably with a focus on Strategy, Innovation or Management Control or similar education
3 years relevant professional experience e.g. from a global Accountancy Consultancy
Ability to understand and assess complex business cases and develop solution approaches
Excellent command of English
Conceptual and strategic thinking linked with a high orientation to implementation as well as analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate the insights from findings to management and relevant stakeholders
Strong critical thinking abilities to draw sound conclusions from information and various data sources
Capacity to analyse data objectively, applying logic
Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills, able to work with large datasets to provide analytical support to all aspects of the business
Advanced Excel skills and be proficient in PowerPoint for presentation purposes
Work with cross‑functional teams and have the maturity to interact directly with senior executives across departments
