Key Responsibilities
* Plan, organize, and supervise wetlabsat international congresses, courses, and training events
* Act askey contact for customers, faculty, and industry partnersregarding technical and organizational matters
* Set up, operate, and maintain wetlab stations, including microscopes, surgical instruments, phacoemulsification machines, and consumables
* Instruct and guide participantsin the safe and effective use of equipment and materials
* Ensure quality standards and troubleshoottechnical or procedural issues during wetlabs

* Document, report, and follow upon each project
Your Profile
* Hands-on experience withmedical devicesor intraining/workshop organizationis an asset
* Technical affinity and readiness to work practically with devices and materials
* Strongorganizational and problem-solving skills
* Highservice orientation, excellent communication, and ability to work in a team
* Willingness to travel internationally for multi-day congresses and training events.
* Very good command ofEnglish and German, spoken and written
* A category B driving license is required; having license for trucks and trailers is an asset
