YOUR CONTRIBUTION
* Initially, you will support our project teams in two of our major control centre projects with
o organizational and administrative tasks
o coordinating appointments, meetings and workshops, and
o travel planning for all project participants
* You will grow into the role of a project manager, whose tasks also include:
o Creating and maintaining project plans, presentations and documentation
o Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
o Monitoring project progress and adherence to deadlines
o Preparing reports and status reports
o Project controlling and budget monitoring
YOUR SKILLSET
* You have completed commercial or technical training (HTL, HAK, etc.) or a degree in economics, communication or a similar field.
* Initial professional experience in project management is an advantage.
* As an organized person, we can count on your structured and independent way of working. You are also characterized by your commitment, networked thinking and reliability.
* You are confident using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence).
* You are open and communicative, enjoy working in a team and demonstrate a high degree of initiative, while maintaining an overview even in challenging situations.
* Very good written and spoken German is a prerequisite, and English skills are an advantage.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € 40,000. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
