Overview Of Role
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager in the BOA US office, you will provide front-line hardware and software technical support, helping to ensure that all employees have a positive and productive experience with BOA’s IT systems. You will serve as the single, primary IT Operations team member in Austria, joining a global team whose responsibilities include system administration, cyber security, software development, and project management, and you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skillset through collaboration with the global IT team. You will provide computer setup, software installation, and troubleshooting support to Mac and PC users in the BOA Mondsee office, and network/sys admin tasks on local IT infrastructure under the guidance of the IT Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities
Regularly role model the Core Operating Principles to your team and others
Set up, secure, and support Windows and Mac systems in BOA’s corporate environment
Manage user access across core business systems to keep permissions accurate and secure
Resolve Help Desk tickets efficiently and document solutions
Support new hires with equipment setup, workstation configuration, and basic IT onboarding
Create and maintain clear IT documentation and standards
Test and deploy new hardware and software
Support printers, scanners, AV equipment, and other networked devices
Track hardware and software licenses, upgrades, and renewals
Coordinate with Accounting on IT purchases and reconciliations
Manage office IT needs including cabling, networking, and hardware recycling etc.
Required Qualifications
1+ years of relevant experience, including:
Working within corporate networks and environments
Troubleshooting Mac and PC hardware, software, and peripherals
Maintaining corporate infrastructure such as servers, switches, firewalls, etc
Experience with Office 365 Administration
Experience with Help Desk ticket processes
Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory
Familiarity with Windows and MacOS
Ability to follow defined procedures and identify & document procedure improvements
Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups of people across the globe
Desired Qualifications
Certifications in M365, MCSA, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Apple

For legal reasons, we are obliged to point out the minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement, which is from 2247.- EUR gross per month. However, our attractive salary packages are based on current market salaries and are therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary, depending on your experience and skills.
