As Store Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the brand by motivating and developing your team.
Your main objective will be to coordinate daily activities such as:
* Making product decisions to achieve sales targets
* Organising, training and coaching your staff to ensure their involvement. You will be responsible for the team, working with them to offer the best possible customer service and teaching them the main tasks of the job
* Ensuring full use is made of the space available in your shop, so that fashion is present everywhere.
For this role, we are looking for someone with a sense of independence and who is able to take sales and fashion decisions, with experience of managing teams. We would like to find a professional who is committed to the brand, enjoys working with people who are passionate about fashion and wants to grow in an international environment.

Requirements
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar position
* Willingness to work full-time
* Flexibility
* Love & Passion for fashion! Very good knowledge of French
* Good spoken and written English is an asset
* You have strong business acumen and work in a structured, organised and fast-paced manner.
* Your positive attitude is convincing, and you're committed and hard-working.
