The Financial Analyst will work for the Financial Planning, Analysis- and Accounting Department supporting Manufacturing.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Reporting, analysis, forecasting and closing activities
2. Meet reporting &closing deadlines and assure high quality reporting standards
3. Support Accounting activities (e.g. accruals)
4. Manufacturing Spending control and analysis
5. Headcount & Salaries Planning
6. Forecasting & tracking of headcount and monitoring of hiring plan
7. Forecasting and tracking of non-headcount related expenditures
8. Support Manufacturing- and Quality-Cost Reserve Processes
9. Execute Variance Analysis and Forecasting
10. Support the Balance Sheet Review process
11. Cost Accounting Activities for Manufacturing
12. Finance Business Partnering to drive operational efficiency gains
13. Continuous improvement of the process flow to help achieve more predictable financial data
Required Qualification:
14. Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Business Management or related field
15. Work experience in accounting and controlling
16. Good oral and written communication skills in English
17. Team Player
18. Good problem-solving abilities, analytical and strategic thinking skills
19. Flexible, organized, and able to work under time constraints and deadlines
20. Ability to work within Finance and with all levels of Operational- and Management personnel
21. Experience in SAP R3/FI-CO and Business Warehouse
22. Proficiency in MS-Office applications: specifically EXCEL, Power-BI and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualification:
23. experience in database and workflow systems e.g. Alteryx
Compensation:
This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group E or F, depending on education and experience. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills. The candidate will be hired through a third-party employment agency.
