Team Assistant with a Passion for Technology (m/f/d)
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Team Assistant to support our team in the successful and smooth handling of day-to-day operations in the process technology area. In addition to classic assistance tasks, you will also be actively involved in warehouse logistics.
Primary Responsibilities
* Administrative support in project, schedule, and resource planning
* Preparation of meetings, including minute‑taking
* Organization of incoming goods, returns, and warehouse management
* Provision of materials for the cleanroom as well as administration of customer samples
* Internal and external correspondence (e.g. with customers, suppliers, and travel agencies)
* Creation of presentations and preparation, maintenance, and updating of documents
* Preparation of information and statistics
Requirements
* Completed commercial education (HAK, HBLW, or equivalent)
* Technical interest is desirable
* Strong organizational skills and flexibility
* Structured, reliable, and independent working style
* Ability to work under pressure and to think across departments
* Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can share that we naturally align with market‑standard salaries. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 38,500 EUR, with potential increases based on qualifications and experience.
