What you will do:
1. Ensure smooth operation, administration, and optimization of Facility Management applications (CAFM, Access & Visitor Management, RoomZ, POS systems, and more)
2. Oversee the lifecycle of SaaS and on-premises applications, from installation to upgrades and patch management
3. Monitor application performance, availability, and security; proactively address issues and implement improvements
4. Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
5. Support integration of applications with other IT systems (e.g., HR, Finance, Building Automation)
6. Maintain technical documentation and provide 2nd/3rd level support and training to key users
What you bring & who you are:
7. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Facility Management, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience (must-have)
8. 3+ years of experience in application management, ideally with Facility Management or Building Automation systems (must-have)
9. Experience with SaaS and on-premises applications (must-have)
10. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills (must-have)
11. Ideally, familiarity with integration concepts (APIs, middleware), basic scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python), and knowledge of Facility Management processes
12. Fluent in English; German is a plus
