Your role at RBI
1. Design and implement GenAI applications using Python, focusing on robustness and scalability.
2. Collaborate with our team to identify and prioritize software requirements and integrate advanced features.
3. Diagnose and resolve issues in existing software, ensuring high reliability and performance.
4. Drive continuous improvement in software performance, architecture, and design.
5. Maintain and update software packages, incorporating new technologies and methodologies.
Your core competencies
6. Extensive experience in Python development. Familiarity with concepts like OOP, FP and Component Oriented Design.
7. Experience with Python project and environment management tools such as Poetry, Cookiecutter, or Cruft.
8. Experience in GenAI application development, ideally with familiarity in LLM-specific packages such as langchain and llama-index.
9. Solid background in orchestration with technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
10. Proven track record with API development and deployment technologies like fastAPI
11. Proficiency with various testing frameworks and a commitment to maintaining high code quality.
12. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
