YOUR TASKS:In the position of a Transport Manager you will support existing customers and act as their primary point of contact in our company. Furthermore, you will establish and expand your business network by acquiring new customers and strengthening the relationships with our partners. After having completed your training, you will be fully responsible for the organization and supervision of European road transports in your designated geographical area. Your tasks include:Independent planning and scheduling of land transport (round trip/charter)Purchase and sale of cargo space as well as complete handling of organization and transport planningDevelopment of customer specific solutions & customer projectsYour profileYOUR STRENGTHS:You are an open, communicative person and with strong communication skillsYou are committed, flexible and take ownership for your tasks and regionYou enjoy working in a young, dynamic and multicultural teamYOUR QUALIFICATIONS You have very good English language skills + very good knowledge of Finnish and/or Swedish (C1+ preferred). German language skills are an advantage.You have graduated school or completed university education, ideally in the commercial/logistics field, or 1-2 years of professional experience.Ideally, you have practical experience in the transport industry or in customer service.Why us?WE OFFERThe remuneration for the offered position is above the collective agreement. The minimum salary for this position, depending on qualifications and professional experience, is € 2,100/2,300 gross per month. Your annual salary is made up of the basic salary plus a performance-related, variable, monthly bonus.
