IT landscape)**What we are looking for*** You hold an academic degree and bring business experience in associated job duties and essential functions and leadership experience* You bring significant professional experience in international logistics or supply chain management, with excellent people-oriented leadership capabilities and ability to lead multiple cultures* As a value-based leader you demonstrate strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and guide multiple regional teams; Experience with project and line organization, especially dealing within a matrix structure* You have an affinity for IT, ideally profound knowledge and understanding of digitalization opportunities and corresponding (IT) tools, as well as structured end-to-end process thinking* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and experience in presenting decisions to Executive levelsFor more than 125 years, Miele has been a family-owned, family-run company.
