Contract-based | Producer for Campaigns | Immediate Start
ORBIS Production is seeking a highly organized and proactive Line Producer to join our team on a freelance/contract basis for an upcoming international campaign shoot in Vienna.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate all on-the-ground production logistics (crew, permits, locations, catering, equipment)
2. Liaise with local authorities and private venues
3. Oversee daily shoot schedules and budgets
4. Ensure smooth communication between international creative teams, clients, and crew
5. Manage production documentation and daily reports
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Line Producer or Production Manager in fashion & advertising campaigns
2. Solid understanding of Austrian filming regulations and permitting processes
3. Fluent in English and German
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight timelines
5. Based in or available to work on-site in Vienna
