Enterprise Application Expert (m/f/d)
Prinzhorn Holding is transforming its IT Operating Model to a product oriented model, therefore we are seeking an experienced colleague for the Enterprise Application team to join us in this journey. You will develop, improve and document the Enterprise Application landscape, including shaping and development of the enterprise applications strategy, driving the improvements, and fulfilling the ongoing tasks. Your responsibility will also include to prioritize & manage the related projects and tasks.
YOU WILL.
Main tasks
* Development and manage various Enterprise Applications, incl. projects, service delivery management and vendor management.
* Driving and contributing to the evolution of Prinzhorn’s IT Service Management (ITSM) process landscape and toolset.
* As a direct point of contact for our internal customers, you will have a solid understanding of Prinzhorn’s application landscape, providing consultation on arising issues and identifying optimal solutions.
* Involved in platform maintenance and support, you will analyze and resolve issues related to the platform to ensure stability and performance.
* Your portfolio of activities ranges from application strategy development, service delivery management, process analysis with the specialist department and requirements specification through implementation, testing and deployment. You will identify risks and weak points.
* When creating application strategy and roadmap, you explore the advantages of innovations and drive their implementations.
* Onboarding and collaboration with application owners responsible for connected systems within the organization.
Requirements
* IT generalist with bachelor’s or master’s degree or at least 5+ years of experience in the area of enterprise application and service delivery management
* General knowledge on IT Service Management (ITSM) and the related ITIL process landscape
* Passion for solving complex tasks
* Analytical thinking, requirement management experience and development skills
* Previous experience within a multi-cultural, multi-language organization advantageous
* A high degree of empathy: an ability to align and relate to the customers
* Excellent communication skills
* Full professional proficiency English language skills. German and other CEE languages advantageous

Depending on your specific qualification and professional experience, we offer you an annual gross salary starting at EUR 60.000,-.
