As part of our Performance Marketing team, you will:
* Support the planning, execution and optimization of Meta paid social campaigns across key markets
* Work closely with experienced marketers to learn how to build, analyze and improve campaigns that drive real impact
* Partner with our design team and external creators to develop compelling, on-brand ad creatives tailored to platform best practices
* Help set up A/B tests, monitor performance and gather insights to guide next steps
* Stay curious about the latest trends, tools and best practices in paid social
* Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - youll never hear the phrase “...because thats how weve always done things”
* Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Key requirements:
* Initial hands-on experience running Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns, either client-side or at an agency, and a strong interest in learning more
* Solid understanding of digital marketing and in particular social media advertising
* Familiarity with TikTok Ads or other paid social platforms is a strong plus
* Confident using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio) to identify trends and optimize performance
* Excellent written and spoken English skills
* Valid Austrian work permit or current enrollment at an Austrian university/FH

Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 40.000 full-time - at Tractive that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
