The EMEA Intel Business Development Manager is a critical role in this fast-growing region, responsible for driving Lenovo Intel Servers in the assigned segments. This position manages the Intel data center product portfolio for Lenovo ESMB in EMEA. The ideal candidate works well in a team, is motivated, proactive, and excels in relationship management with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives, sales, technical, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Increase Lenovo-Intel market share in assigned segments.
* Promote Intel-based products internally and externally.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key distributors and partners.
* Track opportunities and ensure proper management.
* Ensure distributor and partner enablement on products and certifications.
* Support development of strategic growth plans with local category leaders.
* Implement strategic marketing plans to maximize ROI and share of wallet.
* Assist reseller sales teams to acquire new Intel business and support partner events.
* Communicate Lenovo’s value proposition and utilize business intelligence to understand market dynamics.
* Participate in business reviews and manage distributor inventory levels.

Position Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of business development experience with technology products, preferably from ISG.
* Strong channel management skills.
* Analytical skills with experience in financial management and business planning.
* Fluent in English.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.

For Slovakia: The base salary is 5,500 EUR/month, with an OTE of 95,600 EUR/year, including a 30% incentive.
