Skilled Worker – Electronic Manufacturing with Development Potential for Leadership (f/m/x)

In our modern electronics production, we manufacture high-quality electronic and electromechanical assemblies. Working hours: second half of the day – ideal for those who prefer a later start.
Responsibilities
* Manufacturing of electronic and electromechanical precision components based on technical production documentation
* Handling of miniature components using magnifiers and microscopes, occasionally under cleanroom conditions
* Operation, setup, and programming of small machines and equipment
* Functional testing and quality inspection of components/assemblies according to production drawings and test instructions
* Optimization of production processes in collaboration with other departments
Qualifications
* Completed education in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, chemistry, or adhesive technology (apprenticeship, technical school, or HTL)
* Experience in handling chemicals and processing adhesives and potting compounds
* Desirable: IPC, WHMA, or FED certifications
* Independent and precise working style with a strong sense of quality
* Team player with a reliable and responsible attitude

Salary and Compensation
We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3,100 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
