Overview of the position
This is a production manager role for someone who loves turning handovers into flawless production and installs. You will own schedule, quality, safety, and delivery from start to finish.
Our expectations of you
* Own production and install scheduling from handover to completion, keeping delivery on track to client deadlines and company expectations
* Lead and manage the production team day to day, including training, performance, and resourcing
* Maintain fierce & high-quality standard expectations and response times to variations, with clear updates within 24 hours
* Improve how work flows through the workshop and onsite, streamlining processes and introducing smarter, more sustainable ways of working
* Maintain strong safety and compliance practices across the floor and on installs
* Keep job tracking accurate with daily and weekly updates, records, and reporting
* Run weekly stakeholder rhythms internally and externally, keeping everyone aligned on progress, risks, and next steps
