We are looking for you to join our international team in Bad Gastein from 01/07/2025 as Chef de Partie Patisserie (m/f/d).
Here you can shine
* Producing and arranging dishes (desserts, cakes, etc.)
* Creating and processing doughs, batters, cakes and tarts
* Preparing and following up the MEP at the patisserie station
* Production of hot and cold desserts through to ice cream / sorbet
* Close cooperation with the Sous Chef (m/f/d) and Executive Chef (m/f/d) in the selection of dishes
* Collaboration in the planning, organisation and coordination of kitchen processes
* Ensuring and monitoring the company's quality standards
* Compliance with HACCP guidelines in the kitchen
What sets you apart
* Completed training as a chef and / or completed training as a pastry chef (m/f/d)
* Several years of experience in the position of patissier (m/f/d)
* Quality awareness, product knowledge and very good food knowledge
* Commitment, team spirit and flexibility
* Very good knowledge of German and English (other languages an advantage)
* Hands-on mentality
