WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
The Technical Services Consultant is responsible for supporting customers in the proper application of Eucafluff on their production lines. This role provides technical guidance, addresses customer issues related to product performance, sustainability, certifications, and test results, and acts as a key interface between clients and internal teams. The consultant also supports prospecting initiatives and manages technical and administrative activities related to issues identified during customer application tests.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Automation, or related field.
* 3–5 years’ experience as a process engineer in disposable‑goods machinery (diapers, pads).
* Skilled in data analysis systems.
* Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Knowledge of environmental legislation, sustainability, and international standards.
* Holding a valid European driving license is ideal; available for travel.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
* Lead on‑site tests and train customer teams to adjust machines during Eucafluff trials.
* Support customer prospecting by coordinating samples and preparing technical inputs for trial plans.
* Keep our technical agenda and prospecting funnel updated in partnership with commercial and technical teams.
* Prepare clear, high‑quality reports on customer visits, trials, and technical results.
* Provide responsive technical support, addressing questions, complaints, and product‑related needs.
* Manage sample requests, collect trial results, and coordinate COA issuance.
* Support material allocation for customers and conduct FO analyses based on customer feedback.
We are pleased to offer an attractive compensation and benefits package for this role, which includes:
* A competitive base salary at €5,600 monthly gross.
* The opportunity to earn yearly a maximum achievable bonus of up to € 36,000 gross.
* Meal allowance monthly €280 gross monthly
* Private pension plan at 12% monthly salary (12 times a year)
* Transport ticket for the Vienna region
* Hybrid work possibility (2-3 days of home office per week) in our modern office
