Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and maintain identity and access management (IAM) solutions across the organization
* Conduct regular access reviews, privilege audits, and identity governance activities
* Troubleshoot identity-related issues and support incident investigations involving access or authentication
* Contribute to the development of IAM standards, guidelines, and best practices
* Automate identity workflows and improve processes to enhance efficiency and consistency
Qualifications
* At least three years of hands‑on experience in IAM engineering, identity administration, or access governance, including work with IAM platforms
* Practical experience with PAM concepts and tools, covering privileged account and session management
* Solid understanding of access management models such as least privilege, RBAC, conditional access, and zero trust principles
* Scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
* Team‑oriented personality with a positive attitude and hands‑on approach; excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus
