In this role, you support our team in onboarding, feedback and dialogue culture, and collaboration with a strong focus on the Austrian onboarding journey. Responsibilities
* You support the planning, organization, and delivery of the Austrian Welcome Days – the heart of the Austrian Onboarding Journey
* You take on administrative responsibility for the Austrian Welcome Box and coordinate with external partners, including shipping and process preparation
* You co‑moderate key onboarding formats, such as the virtual welcome event “Austrian Servus” and a short format that conveys brand and identity to our Young Talents
* You provide holistic support and guidance to new colleagues throughout all phases of cultural onboarding
* You contribute to additional culture-related formats, depending on your interests and what you enjoy doing, such as Deep Listening, Brave Dialog, or Collaboration

Requirements
* You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship in business administration, psychology, or a comparable field of study (a current certificate of enrollment must be included with the application)
* You are interested in corporate culture and enjoy working with people
* You have a solution‑oriented mindset and a business‑focused way of thinking and working
* You work in a structured and proactive manner and have an eye for detail
* You are a team player and feel comfortable speaking in front of groups
* You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
* You have very good user knowledge of Microsoft 365
* You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
