Responsibilities
* As a Consultant HR Transformation & Project Management you will manage and monitor the HR Transformation, ensuring adherence to methodology & governance guidelines and timelines.
* You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate effective communication and project success.
* As part of your role you will analyse processes and related volumetrics in detail to inform strategic decisions.
* You will establish, analyse and monitor quality assurance standards and performance metrics to ensure project deliverables meet expectations and provide sustainable value.
* You will identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and drive value creation.
* You will create data-driven reports and engaging presentations for international senior management and provide project updates and status reports to various stakeholders.
* You will establish service portfolio.
Your profile
* Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Project Management and execution, with first experience of fulfilling a lead role for a workstream/sub-stream
* Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic, demonstrating the ability to work independently with strong initiative
* Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, within a process-focused approach
* Outstanding communication skills, with the capacity and confidence to collaborate effectively in an international context, including with Senior Management
* Prior experience in Business Consulting would be advantageous
* Familiarity with HR processes would be an advantage
* English fluency required; additional proficiency in German is beneficial
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Willingness to travel internationally (10%-20%)
