We believe in the power of agile and cross-functional collaboration, bringing together people from diverse backgrounds to build outstanding digital solutions.YOUR JOBAs Integration & Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for the integration of different e-commerce and CRM applications throughout our customers IT-landscapes. Your responsibilities will include the conception, configuration, and implementation of end-to-end integrations tailored to each customer's unique needs. On the way to doing so you will collaborate closely with our engineers, Product Owners and stakeholders on client side.Your job's key responsibilities are:Developing high-quality, scalable, and reliable integration use cases working with and configuring of products from the SAP CX & CRM Portfolio (CDC, CDP, Emarsys, Integration Suite etc.).Documentation and troubleshooting of said integrations to ensure a successful operabilityCollaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design software solutionsContinuous training on product developments and updates, and completing corresponding certificationsJob requirements
YOUR SKILLSEssential Skills:3+ years of professional experience in applying technical solutions and designing integration solutionsKnowledge of various integration technologies such as APIs, Web Services, and messaging systemsBasic coding skills in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similarExcellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (min. B2 levels)Joy in passing on knowledge and experience to fellow team members Beneficial Skills:Experience with products of the SAP CX / CRM Portfolio (CDC, CDP, Emarsys, Integration Suite etc.)Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure or Google Cloud PlatformGerman language skillsOUR OFFERWhile we're one company, each location has unique aspects and benefits. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is € 53,802 gross/year for this position.
