🌟 Store Manager (m/f/d) – Full-Time

📍 Location: Salzburg (Designer Outlet & City Center)
📅 Working Hours: hours/week
🕘 Opening Hours: Mon–Sat: 09:00–19:00 (weekends until 18:00)
🗓 Two Sundays per month

We are looking for a committed and dynamic Store Manager with strong leadership skills, organizational talent, and a passion for lifestyle products. You will be responsible for motivating a team and supporting the continued development of two store locations in Salzburg, in close collaboration with the Head Office.

Your Profile:

1. Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification

2. At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role in retail

3. Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation

4. Interest in lifestyle, art, or photography (no prior knowledge required)

5. Confident in using Mac OS and handling administrative processes

6. Very good German and good English skills (additional languages are a plus)

7. Independent, flexible, and solution-oriented approach to work

8. Career changers with a confident and convincing presence are also welcome

Your Responsibilities:

9. Operational management of both Salzburg locations

10. Ensuring an exceptional and premium customer experience

11. Leading, developing, and scheduling a team of approx. 6 part-time employees

12. Organizing in-store activities, events, and promotions

13. Managing stock, inventory, and creating reports and planning documents
