Key Responsibilities
Manage and support dealer communication and engagement, including newsletters, direct dealer support, and coordination of the dealer hotline
Coordinate operational dealer activities such as test account setup, subscription support, and back-office processes (purchase orders, commissions, logistics, incentives)
Oversee retail partner execution, including MediaMarkt follow-ups, promoter support, training coordination, and participation in trade fairs
Monitor market, competitor, and pricing developments across retail and online channels to ensure competitive positioning
Support retail campaigns and cooperation initiatives, including POS material rollouts, affiliate tracking, and promotional activities
Manage reporting, budgeting, and cost center coordination (SAC updates, quarterly reviews, performance tracking)
Prepare, maintain, and update internal and external documentation, presentations, dealer portals, and training materials
Your Profile
2–5 years of relevant professional experience
Previous experience in telecommunications and/or consumer electronics is an advantage
Flexible, customer-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex interdependencies
Assertive and confident in a dynamic, highly competitive environment
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
