For a luxury mountain resort located in Hinterstoder, Upper Austria, we are looking for a General Manager (m/f/d).
What You Bring:
 * A completed education in the hotel industry or a degree in tourism
 * At least 3 years of professional experience in a leadership role within upscale hospitality
 * Excellent F&B knowledge – you understand kitchen, bar, and service not only operationally but also from a financial and quality-oriented perspective
 * Entrepreneurial thinking, structured working style, and a solution-oriented approach to challenges
 * You act as a role model – through professional demeanor, clear values, and respectful interactions
 * Absolute reliability and discretion when handling company-relevant data
 * A keen eye on business processes and KPIs, which you actively manage
 * The ability to lead and develop your team with empathy, clarity, and enthusiasm
 * Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written, at a professional level

Your Responsibilities:
 * Active presence in all operational areas – close to guests, close to the team
 * Planning and managing duty rosters with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and fairness
 * Ensuring compliance with TRIFORET standards and legal requirements (HACCP, AUVA, etc.)
 * Coordination of orders, suppliers, and inventory management
 * Responsibility for achieving goals in all areas: profitability, quality, employee retention
 * Professional complaint management and living the role of a host at eye level
 * Coordination of repairs, maintenance, and service providers in cooperation with operations management
 * Developing and implementing solutions in case of bottlenecks or structural challenges
 * Monthly and annual inventory checks with attention to detail

This employment is subject to the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry (gross € 2,854 per month based on full-time), with willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
