Responsibilities Lead and develop the global spare parts inside‑sales organization through functional (dotted‑line) leadership, building a unified and customer‑centric sales support structure across all regions
Drive global process harmonization by implementing the global operating model (starting with EMEA & NAM) and establishing standardized KPIs, service levels, and governance
Accelerate digitalization and automation initiatives, leveraging AI, eCommerce, and ticketing systems to improve speed, quality, and transparency
Guide regional teams through change initiatives, ensuring strong communication, training, and knowledge management across all markets
Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with Procurement, Logistics, Service, Product Management, and Operations to ensure seamless global execution
Your Qualifications Completed university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
Several years of leadership experience in Parts Sales Management, ideally in an international setup
Hands‑on mentality and active operational involvement to support the regional organizations
Strong knowledge of SAP sales‑related processes; experience with AI‑ and automation‑supported operational environments, combined with strong communication and leadership skills in multicultural teams
Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus; willingness to travel (15%)

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 60.962,30 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
