Your Future Job
* Drive Croma‑Pharma’s strategic expansion in key international markets
* Develop, guide, and support distributors to elevate performance and regional success
* Manage forecasts, monitor targets, and ensure strong business delivery
* Negotiate and maintain robust distributor contracts
* Continuously optimize commercial performance across your regions
* Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distribution partners
* Conduct quarterly business reviews and align regional strategies
* Collaborate across internal teams to achieve shared growth objectives
* Lead high‑impact product launches and strengthen our existing portfolio presence
* Train distributors and their sales teams for commercial excellence
* Ensure strict compliance with all corporate standards and processes
Your Qualifications And Skills
* Completed university degree (business studies or similar)
* A pro‑active, passionate, and ambitious sales person with commercial awareness and strong intercultural business acumen
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong presentation skills
* At least 5 years of experience in international sales & key account management with a proven sales track record, preferably for pharmaceutical, medical devices, or cosmetics manufacturers
* Business fluent English, additional languages are beneficial
* Willingness to travel internationally (20‑30%)
* Strategic and conceptual thinking, and an analytical skill set
* A valid work permit for Austria
Please note that this position is located at our HQ in Austria, a fully remote option is not given.
