Your responsibilities:
Your profile:
Mastering machines: You'll become a specialist in manufacturing machinery – from classic lathes to highly complex CNC turning and milling centers. While you won't become an expert on all our machines, you will also become familiar with ultrasonic and 3D printing machines and learn how to operate them.
Working with materials: You shape metal as well as other materials such as glass, ceramics or graphite – from the raw material to the perfect part.
Programming: You will learn how to use CAD programs to create precise technical drawings and models that serve as a basis for manufacturing.
Tool knowledge: From classic lathe tools to high-tech tools made of carbide or diamond – you know them all and use them skillfully.
Technical know-how: You understand technical documents, from drawings to standards, and know how to manufacture perfect components from them.
Planning manufacturing processes: You will gain deep insights into manufacturing processes and learn how to plan them efficiently and precisely.
Become a precision professional: With your skills and knowledge, you will master even the most complex and demanding tasks.
