Your Responsibilities:Manage collaboration, customer retention, and strategic interestsEnsure service quality, financial performance, and contract executionInterface between KPI owners, Channel Partners, and customers for service topicsPrepare and present service performance data to ISM LeadOwn MSA contract order intake and align with Service SalesSet DPPP KPI-targets, monitor achievement, and contribute to service strategyEnable streamlined MSA business executionEnsuring common data quality with our distributors
Your Profile:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or similar Strong commercial background with relevant education and experience in a customer-facing roleTechnical expertise and affinity Experience in contract and process management Business judgement with an understanding of P&L metricsIndependant communicator and facilitatorAbility to build relationships with senior stakeholders Excellent presentation and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Fluency in English; any other languages like German are beneficial At INNIO, we offer a competitive salary package which is far above the requirements of the metal collective agreement in Austria.
