CONSULTANT TEST MANAGEMENT at QESTIT Group
As a Consultant Test Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the preparation, planning and coordination of tests. You will also support the definition of the test strategy and further expansion of customer relationships. The minimum gross monthly salary for this role under the IT collective agreement is €3,175.
Responsibilities
* Prepare, plan and coordinate tests in relevant project phases with various stakeholders.
* Coordinate bug fixes and test releases.
* Report on test progress.
* Conduct training courses for test management tools and processes.
* Support the definition of an overarching test strategy and the preparation of test data in various test systems.
* Support team members in developing technical test cases.
* Expand customer relationships.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in software testing, with initial experience as a test coordinator.
* High level of customer and service orientation, strong communication skills, and a team player attitude.
* Basic knowledge of processes, methods and software development (fundamental test process, error management, Scrum).
* Experience with relevant test tools such as Xray, HP ALM, Solution Manager or similar.
* Willingness to travel for business trips.
* Business‑fluent German language skills (C1) and ISTQB certification.
