Job Summary
Fonds Soziales Wien (FSW) coordinates and generates reports and forecasts for its social services. The Data Analyst in Reporting plays a pivotal role in providing decision‑making support for leaders within the organization and external partners in Vienna’s social sector. The position involves developing new reports and solutions to meet the evolving needs of the service areas managed by FSW.
Responsibilities
Regularly create and develop reports on customer and service data, collaborating with team members.
Respond to ad‑hoc inquiries supporting FSW management and political decision‑makers.
Develop need assessments and forecasts.
Contribute to the evolution of modern, digital reporting systems.
Serve as an internal and external consultant on specialized topics, collaborating closely with other departments.
Prepare documentation for area managers.

Requirements
Degree in a field focused on statistical methods, or relevant experience.
Experience in reporting, statistics, or data analysis with expertise in statistical methods.
Proficiency in Excel and Word.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SPSS and (PL)SQL.
Compensation
Annual salary adjustments and performance‑based bonuses as per FSW's collective agreement. EUR €60,092 – €67,692 per year.
