You will be accountable for the long-term profitable growth of the products in the portfolio. You will collaborate with relevant functions to ensure that the strategic plan for each product is effectively executed.The work model for the role is: RemoteThis role is contributing to the BU QCS / Business Line Pulp, Paper and FiberYou Will Be Mainly Accountable ForResponsible for the profitability and lifecycle of the offeringsOwns the technical and market specification for the offering and determines an offering business plan that supports sustainable growth in line with the BU StrategyOwns the lifecycle management process, analyzes current offering, defines and tracks performance metrics, plans appropriate measures (e.g., enhancements, cost reductions, and phase-outs), and makes decisions on offering obsolescence and end-of life to ensure that current and future market requirements are met and to maximize the profitability.Sets targets and monitors offering costs and gives inputs to process excellence function (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Production) to maximize competitiveness and profitability.Owns and approves defined offering development process stage gates.Qualifications For The Role (Mandatory)Bachelor's degree in engineering.A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, or related roles in the Pulp and Paper Industry.Experience in product Lifecycle Management.
