Responsibilities
Data-based control and monitoring of the plasma etch process using machine or measurement data
Solving process or equipment problems in close cooperation with various departments or external suppliers
Evaluating and implementing possible process simplifications/improvements to reduce manufacturing costs, increase process yield and improve product robustness
Transferring new technologies to production in collaboration with R&D and process integration
Interface with other technical areas (e.g. maintenance, R&D, line control, suppliers, etc.) and other relevant departments (e.g. quality)
Qualifications
Successfully completed degree (Master) in engineering or natural sciences or comparable
Several years of professional experience in technical areas required
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and project-oriented working style
Advanced problem solving skills (8D, Six Sigma)
Independent, responsible and team-oriented way of working
Willingness to take on new tasks and solve them as part of a team or as cross‑functional technical lead
Well organized and able to work with diverse requirements
Good written and spoken German and English skills
