Responsibilities
* You set up the injection molding machines and tools and ensure that all equipment is correctly adjusted.
* You process various materials on our production systems and operate them reliably.
* You produce semi-finished products from PU raw materials while ensuring a smooth production process.
* You carry out a quality-conscious inspection of the manufactured products and report any deviations immediately.
* You label the products and prepare them for heat treatment.
Qualifications
* Experience with injection molding machines is an advantage.
* Professional experience in a production environment is required.
* Willingness to work in a 2‑shift system
(late shift only 4 days: Monday–Thursday).
* A reliable and committed personality with strong teamwork skills.
* High flexibility and willingness to contribute.
