Responsibilities: Perform dry cuts for women and men. Provide exceptional customer service, understanding and meeting clients’ needs. Promote and sell hair care products. Actively contribute to creating a pleasant and collaborative work environment. Keep common areas clean and organized to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for both clients and employees.
Requirements:
At least one year of experience or a qualification in hairdressing.
Intermediate level of English (B1 or higher).
Basic digital skills for appointment management and communication tools.
European passport.

Competitive salary structure : We offer a salary structure that recognizes and values the experience of our hairdressers. Starting salary is €2,300 net per month for those with 0–2 years of experience. Additional bonuses will be added based on performance, overtime, and product sales.
