Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Front Office Manager located in Going. The Assistant Front Office Manager will support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction, and managing front office activities. Responsibilities include supervising front office staff, handling reservations, coordinating with other departments, resolving guest issues, and contributing to administrative tasks.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Office Administration and Front Office management
* Proven ability in delivering high levels of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
* Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
* Leadership and team management abilities
* Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is a plus
* Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in relevant software and reservation systems
