Job Description
Main Responsibilities
* Support to end-users on workstations and mobile devices
* Installation, replacement, relocation, and removal of IT equipment
* Troubleshooting hardware and software incidents
* Support for monitors, printers, scanners, and docking stations
* Receiving, inventorying, preparing, and installing IT equipment
* Providing clear and timely feedback to users and ensuring proper ticket updates
Qualifications
Technical Skills Required
* Onsite IT support (1st / 2nd level)
* Windows environment, Office 365
* Azure & Entra ID
* Apple environment (Mac, iPhone, iPad)
* iTunes
* JAMF (strong asset)
* Hardware support (PCs, Macs, printers, scanners…)
* Ticketing tools (ITIL)
Expected Profile
* Minimum 3 years of onsite support experience
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Organized, professional, and hands-on approach
* Fluent in English and German
