Barserver / Barkeeper Atmosphere Rooftop Bar (summer season April – September 2026)
During the summer season our Atmosphere Rooftop Bar becomes a vibrant open‑air destination offering breathtaking panoramic views over Vienna, refreshing signature cocktails and refined seasonal cuisine.
As a Barserver / Barkeeper you will play a key role in creating unforgettable guest experiences through personalised and anticipatory service. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering a relaxed yet sophisticated summer atmosphere ensuring every guest enjoys the special spirit of our Rooftop Bar.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide attentive, courteous and professional service to all guests at the Rooftop Bar.
* Present menus, offer recommendations and ensure accurate order taking and delivery of food and beverages.
* Maintain cleanliness, organisation and readiness of all service areas including outdoor bar stations and seating areas.
* Uphold brand standards and maintain the ambiance aligned with The Ritz‑Carlton aesthetic.
* Handle guest requests, feedback and special occasions with genuine care and attention to detail.
* Collaborate closely with fellow colleagues from the bar team as well as the kitchen to ensure seamless operations.
* Comply with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
Your Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills in English and German; additional languages are an advantage.
* A passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences.
* Previous experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining or high‑end bar service preferred.
* Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays throughout the summer season.
* Team‑oriented with a positive proactive attitude.

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position based on full‑time employment is €2,263.00 per month. A higher salary will be offered depending on your qualifications and experience.
