Job Description
* Coordination of specialist departments during feasibility studies and pre‑calculations of mechanical assemblies (technologies: welding, brazing, laser processing, metal 3D printing, forming, surface technology)
* Preparation of production‑relevant data and ensuring serial‑ready production of critical component characteristics
* Definition of manufacturing processes including corresponding inspection plans
* Definition of production volumes, delivery dates and batch sizes
* Operational support in the manufacturing of mechanical assemblies (laser, welding and forming operations)
* Design and construction of fixtures, inspection equipment and manufacturing aids
Qualifications
* Completed education in mechanical manufacturing engineering (apprenticeship & master craftsman, technical college, or university of applied sciences/university at bachelor level)
* IWS/IWT/IWE certification is an advantage
* Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel); SAP user knowledge (PP, MM) is an advantage
* Proficient use of CAD softwareExcellent German skills and good English skills
* Strong process understanding, analytical thinking and cost awareness
* Structured, solution‑oriented working style with a high level of personal responsibility
* Hands‑on approach and enjoyment of teamwork

We offer a fair and market‑aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3.700 (based on full‑time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
